This revolution starts from the top,

The leaders support cycling...

Prime Minister Cameron climbs aboard cycle revolution
The Mayor of London plans to revolutionise cycling

The media supports cycling...

would the Mercury have the same courage and vision?
 - The Telegraph - Children 'should get compulsory cycling lessons at school'

All Political Parties support cycling....

says 1 in 10 of all journeys should be by bike.

So what's happening in Hobart?

After four years of discussion, Hobart cyclists are asking for just $4m for a cycleway along Sandy Bay Road. Hobart City Council will consider proposals in the next few weeks.

Meanwhile

The Australian Motorist Association is demanding expenditure of $1,037m on priority road projects in Tasmania and,

"Tasmania had the greatest number of vehicles per 1,000 residents of all states and territories in 2012"  ... and yet we are the smallest State with shortest commute distances.

Turn Back, we are going the wrong way!
